I got a call yesterday from the school where I took my TEFL course. They asked me if I would be willing to sign a contract to teach kindergartners. Its only 10 hours a week, but it pays 300 baht an hour. I have also lined up some work at another language school working 15+ hours a week.
If I had taken the job down south I would be working 45 hours a week making 30,000. They way things are now in Chiang Mai I will be working around 25 hours and making 27,000. I’m happy with that.
I had to call all of the schools in Bangkok and the one down south to tell them I have already found a job. I am happy to be staying here in Chiang Mai with my fellow pervs and alcoholics.
